Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Meerkats AI governing your use of our Services

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Meerkats AI platform, website, applications, APIs, integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate account information
3. Subscriptions and Fees
Certain Services require payment.
Subscriptions
- Are billed in advance
- Automatically renew unless canceled
- Are non-refundable except where required by law
Meerkats may modify pricing upon reasonable notice.
4. Customer Data
You retain ownership of data you submit to the Services.
You grant Meerkats a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for:
- Providing the Services
- Maintaining the platform
- Supporting integrations
- Generating requested outputs
5. AI Services
Meerkats provides AI-powered functionality including:
- Campaign automation
- Marketing recommendations
- Lead research
- Attribution analysis
- CRM automation
- Workflow generation
- Content generation
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying upon them.
6. Third-Party Integrations
The Services may integrate with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- Amazon Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Microsoft Advertising
- CRM platforms
- Analytics platforms
Your use of third-party services remains subject to their respective terms and policies.
Meerkats is not responsible for actions, outages, policy changes, or restrictions imposed by third-party providers.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware
- Engage in fraud
- Circumvent platform restrictions
- Abuse third-party services
- Conduct unauthorized scraping or automated access
8. Beta Features
Features designated as:
- Alpha
- Beta
- Preview
- Experimental
may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
9. Intellectual Property
The Services, software, documentation, trademarks, and platform content remain the property of Meerkats or its licensors.
No ownership rights are transferred to users.
10. Availability
The Services are provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted availability
- Error-free operation
- Compatibility with all systems
11. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
MEERKATS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
MEERKATS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT DAMAGES
- INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
- CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- LOST PROFITS
- LOST REVENUE
- LOSS OF DATA
MEERKATS’ TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Meerkats from claims arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your content
- Your violation of law
- Your violation of these Terms
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if:
- These Terms are violated
- Fraud is suspected
- Required by law
- Necessary to protect the platform or users
You may terminate your account at any time.
15. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by the Meerkats Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
